Rebecca A. Simser, Esq.

Rebecca is the newest edition to the family. She was born in Texas, but her family relocated to Northern New York when she was young. She is a graduate of Canton High School where she received a Regent’s Diploma in 2002. In 2007, she received a Bachelor of Art Degree with a dual major in Secondary Education and English from State University of New York at Potsdam. Rebecca married her husband Andrew in September of 2008. She then went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from Western New England College, School of Law in 2010.

Rebecca was admitted to practice law in New York in 2011. She was admitted to the US Supreme Court in 2018 and US Federal District Court – Northern District of New York in 2020. She is also a member of the NY State Bar Association, St. Lawrence County Bar Association, Jefferson County Bar Association and Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York.

Rebecca worked as an associate attorney with two different law firms out of Ogdensburg, NY from 2011-2023 where she was engaged in workers’ compensation, personal injury and social security disability.

Rebecca and Andrew share two beautiful children, Wyatt and Leeta. In their free time, the family enjoys hiking, camping, swimming and playing sports. Rebecca is the Treasurer of Lowville Youth Lacrosse, a non-profit lacrosse club centered out of Lowville, NY. She is also a Board Member for In-Bloom Foundation, a non-profit organization centered in Watertown, NY.
